I had an outstanding experience purchasing my first travel trailer from Windish RV, with Dan Conklin as my salesperson.

Since I live over 1,000 miles away in Arizona and planned to begin a summer-long trip immediately after pickup, the process could have been challenging. Instead, Dan made it remarkably easy. He met with my daughter within 30 minutes of my first call because she lived nearby, promptly answered my questions, and quickly provided pricing for the upgrades I wanted as I learned more about RVing. With everything clearly outlined, we completed the paperwork between Arizona and Colorado, and I was able to register the trailer in Arizona without any issues.

When I arrived in Denver, Windish went above and beyond. They gave me access to the trailer several times before delivery so I could measure, photograph, and prepare for a few projects. The service team was equally impressive. One technician patiently walked me through all of the trailer’s systems and helped hitch it to my vehicle, while another rode with me to adjust the trailer brake controller—something I had never used before, having not towed in more than 30 years. Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer every question.

After a couple of days on the road, I’ve finished connecting all the trailer’s electronic systems and apps, and I’m amazed by how well everything works.
