The 5 stars goes only to Hollie, our new sales professional and tractor consultant.
This is our first new subcompact purchase and we had many questions, including financing, tires, warranties, implements, delivery, service, apps, power and more. Hollie fielded our questions like a seasoned shortstop. She knows tractors and equipment, and cares about her customers, quickly correcting a delivery scheduling snafu for us. The delivery driver, Joe, was super nice, too. We believe the 25R will perform well and add value to our property. For additional machines and equipment inquiries, we’ll reach out to Hollie, our sales consultant.

Hollie cultivated a pleasant purchasing experience for our family, however now that our family has additional exposure to the regional management team, we feel it’s necessary to adjust our rating by reducing it to three stars.
We feel the regional manager is a poor leader, lacks integrity and communication skills.

So, the combination of the pleasant sales experience by the salesperson and the lackluster leadership- and entitled nature of the regional manager, which was extremely unfair and hurtful has left lingering knot in our guts.

We want to purchase another JD unit from the salesperson but want to avoid any dealings with the Regional Manager.

We go out of our way to avoid people who do not honor their word and who negatively impact our family. Plain and simple.

We really wanted to be lifelong customers at Wright.

We are currently in search of a honest, wholesome experience at a different JD implement dealership for our 2026 winter/spring machine purchase.

Please, if anyone knows a a good ole fashioned, integrity driven JD mower dealer team in South Central KY, please give us a shout.

With Wright having the market cornered in this area, a different JD dealer may be tough to find but we’re tough people and one way or another, we’ll find the RIGHT people and the RIGHT place to spend our hard earned money.
