Hobby, Dye and Reed tried to shut me down with their inability to either fix the problem or treat customers (business owners who depend on them at a moment's notice) like they want to keep them as customers.
Wright Implement got me back going and has kept their end of the deal in every way. I wouldn't think of taking my business anywhere else!

Ordered much needed parts to pick up next day. Called to confirm parts were in and when I got there 1 of 2 items was the wrong part. I waited patiently while parts guy fumbled around about 5-10 minutes. Then he blows me off and answers the phone and starts helping the person on the phone. That was when I just walked out. This was the most incompetent and rude customer service I’ve seen in a long time.
