Wright Implement

UPDATE: After posting my original review and communicating my concerns, wright Instruments contacted me personally. They apologized for what happened, acknowledged that mistakes were made in how my equipment was handled, and explained that they have put measures in place to prevent similar situations from happening again.

I really appreciate them taking responsibility. My original experience was disappointing, and the issues I described in my review did occur, so I believe it's important to leave that information for other customers. However, I also believe it's equally important to recognize a business when they own a mistake and make an effort to improve.

EGO also provided excellent customer service throughout this situation and ultimately sent me a replacement battery, charger, and mower blades.

While I wish the original service experience had gone differently, I appreciate wright Instruments reaching out personally, apologizing, and taking my concerns seriously.

Gonna have to go with one star here guys. Dropped my equipment off and everything went smooth. This was July 16th, here we are August 4th and I have heard a word from these guys. Not one word, I even called 2 times. First time I called the guy didn't even know what equipment I dropped off, he said I have a stihl series or something along those lines. That would be incorrect, then after telling him what i dropped off he transfered me to another place because they don't actually do the repairs here. Of course no answer I leave a message no call back. Second time I called I got the oh we are behind almost 3 weeks bit. Sounds like you guys suck at your job(my opinion)from what I'm going through. Still to this day not a word from Wright or the folks who actually do the repairs. This will also go on EGOs review page as well for working with these guys. It has officially been 19 days since I dropped off my Ego Trimmer, not anything crazy big just a Trimmer and I haven't heard anything. Come on folks get it together
