405Tractor

I went to several other dealerships across the state before I came here. Most of them didn't want to give me the time of day and not a single one of them would sit down to run numbers. The guys are 405 tractor not only got me exactly what I wanted but they did it with a level of service that is almost impossible to come by. Beyond friendly, over the top customer service, wonderful responsiveness, and they took care of everything I needed. The service was so good that my mom also bought a tractor from them. I will be coming back for all of my equipment needs. They even reached out to me the day my machine was delivered because it was slightly damaged during the unloading process and they took full responsibility, even offering to send someone out to fix it when the replacement headlight comes in. If you're looking to purchase a machine I highly suggest you stop in and join the family. My 4550 is a monster of a machine that I got at a great price with great service. Cindy and Jim are fantastic. They understand how to take care of customers. I came to 405 Tractor because the guys across the highway couldn't figure out how to perform a clutch replacement on my Tractor. Jim looked at it and figured out how to get the job done (I appreciate you Jim). I wished I had contacted them in the first place. If you need some tractor work done right the first time, stellar customer service, and fair pricing, don't waste your time and go straight to 405 Tractor, They'll do you right!
