This shop is kinda far from my home but they always have items not stocked elsewhere. Very happy they are so helpful.

I don’t even want to leave this review but I truly believe this Norman location is not the place to buy your equipment at or service. The management team and service guy are idots. I brought my craftsman weed walker for service then it was all jokes about the brand is trash. Then the kid broke the bubble and was like oh here’s your problem. I said you just broke it. He said you can buy the other bubbles. So I go spend $15 on the part then he denies to install it. Few weeks go by I’m like okay I’ll go spend the $700 for all new stuff. I go in today and basically just acted like they were to busy to sell me everything. As a business owner myself I would be embarked if a client was treated like this. Absolutely trash service.

I hate to leave a bad review but y’all don’t seem to care about employees or customers stuck in a building with no A/C! I walked in & was greeted but I ended up leaving because it was too hot to shop. 🥵 I feel sorry for the sweet employees that have to be stuck there all day without A/C! Do better Ace of Norman & fix the problem soon!

Please turn the air conditioner on in the store! It’s very hot outside in Oklahoma, especially in June and July. Customers were complaining the poor cashier was just dripping with sweat. Have some compassion and turn down your air conditioner.

Nice spot to pick up cleaning supplies and storage containers. I dont come in here a lot but each time I've come in this store I was always greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I recently did a pick up order and process was easy and cashier was nice and smiled too. Be sure to put their app on your phone to stay updated on sales and to get coupons.
