Brought lawn tractor for repair. Was told I would receive an quote for cost. Was never called. I called to check on status. Was told it was done. When loading up,I had some trouble. S guy came out and asked if I was having trouble. I said yes and he turned around and walked away. Done business here before.

Absolute best service department I have found for Rayco Stump Grinders, they know the Rayco machines top to bottom. I had wiring and software issues with my rg165 after a loose heat shield melted the engine wiring harness. They had it fixed in less than a week.

Extremely disappointed with my experience. Communication has been terrible from the start— It’s been over a month at his point (originally ordered on 5/14) and I’m still waiting on my manual for my planter. I was told would arrive in under two weeks and expressed the need when I originally placed the order.
No updates, no accountability, and no sense of urgency from their team. I expected better service and reliability.
