Atlantic Tractor

Received exceptional service at every level. My salesperson, Angie was terrific. Instead of having to wait 4 months for a special order tractor Angie was able to find a slightly used one with 21 hours and have it delivered in 2 days. Both the parts and service personnel have been great. I had a starting issue with the tractor and the service department sent a mechanic to my home to trace down the problem a loose ground wire.

Great place to work with for parts.
Update 4/16/26 I went in after talking to them yesterday about a carb for a mower. The book called for different ones. The parts guy went through each one until he found the one that matched mine exactly. They are great at ferreting out the right part if you take them the old one. Great parts guys. Also on a side note. My company had a Gator damage so we had them come get it and fix it. They did it very quick and very reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised.

Update: They got my parts all together so when I got there it was all ready to go.

Very disappointed with this dealership. Last year, I attempted to purchase a new 6075 tractor, but I was persuaded to go with a 6067 because they said they couldn’t locate a 6075. When the tractor was delivered, it already had 25 hours on it. I was assured it was still “brand new,” which immediately raised concerns.

Shortly after, I discovered the PTO wasn’t functioning and had to bring it in for repairs. I later contacted John Deere corporate and was told the tractor had been recorded as used at the time of sale. Even after service, the PTO still does not operate correctly.

More recently, I brought in another tractor for a leak repair and was told the turnaround time would be about one week. It has now been four weeks. I’ve called repeatedly and keep getting told it will be handled “in the next day or two,” but nothing has been done. At this point, they are no longer returning my calls, and I still don’t have my tractor back.

Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and failure to follow through on commitments. I would not recommend this dealership.

accessories such as plow, mower, and even a hole digger has performed great. Last week I tried to start the tractor in the very cold weather and would not start so I started to work on finding the trouble. I thought it was the glow plugs. I finally called Atlantic and talked to Kelly who was extremely helpful and scheduled a service call in two days. The technician came out and had the tractor running in less than thirty minutes. When you know what you a doing you can resolve problems quickly. Who knew that the tractor has a fuel cutoff value that failed. Glow plugs were OK. The technician needed to order the part and come back but showed me how to manually turn on the fuel valve to the tractor. I called Kelly and she said that they could have the part overnight to the store and the technician could install it tomorrow or you can have the part and do the work yourself. I opted for the service call. Kelly made sure the part would be ready the next day at 9 AM so the technician could complete the repair. What a wonderful experience to have my tractor operational again. The tractor is working like it did on the first day I turned it on.
