Aaron Boyd was very thorough as he showed us the 2022 Trax. He walked us through all the paperwork very professional. The dealership needs to educate salespeople on the remotes. I thought the tailgate was not locking. The service department showed me that it unlocks when the remote is close. This after a 45 minute trip to Concord thinking it needed repairs.

I have been a customer at BANKS since 2011. 15 years of impeccable service and professionalism. So good in fact my son in TN waited to come back to NE for law school to get his new vehicle from BANKS a few years back. I just received my truck that was special ordered. I cannot say enough about Sal the sales manager that made it happen but especially Kevin M. my salesman. His professionalism, knowledge, and timeliness was secondary to none!! I will NEVER BUY another vehicle from any other dealership in the nation; I will literally drive back to BANKS from TX or FL should I decide to retire there or anywhere else.

I recently had my Silverado serviced at Banks Chevrolet and once again they did an excellent job. They completed brake pads and rotors, an oil change, and a tire rotation in a timely and professional manner. The service advisors clearly explained what was needed and there were no surprises on the final bill.
One of the things I appreciate most about Banks is the extra care they put into every visit. They always vacuum the interior and wash my vehicle at no additional charge, so I leave with my truck not only running great but looking great too.
Consistently friendly staff, quality work I can trust, and those added touches like the free wash and vacuum are why I continue to bring my Silverado to Banks Chevrolet and recommend their service department to others.

We had a great experience from start to finish. John and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. While we were waiting, we were provided water, snacks and our son was given a teddy bear.

It short and sweet and didn’t try to get me to buy paint protection, tire and wheel insurance, etc as other dealers typically do. Huge on-site selection of trucks. I was able to find the exact truck I was looking for, after not finding it at multiple other dealers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy or GMC!
