I went in on Saturday to test drive a few cars and see what I liked. Ended up walking away with a car I absolutely feel in love with all thanks to my guys over there. Ricky and Nicky are over in sales are amazing. They treat you like the person you are and with kindness and respect. The jokes were flying. Honestly the BEST car buying experience I've had there/ever in my life. My guys will take amazing care of you and make sure you're walking away with the best deal possible. Chuck in finance is SO nice and personable. He even remembered us from years ago. I also service all of my cars there, and they are the fastest. Alex in service is the best. I have a Toyota in the town next to me, but I will always go out of my way to be taken care of in Manchester. Genuinely the best people and awesome environment.

Friendly staff, working hard for their customers. Alex is a nice man and really should get a promotion and a raise. Adam was also very helpful and should get a raise too. All the employees there need raises and more customers to increase their sales. Environment was in good order. Nice sales consultant when I was window shopping for a vehicle. Accommodating to my mental health and medical conditions. Employees there would probably not be opposed to employee appreciation days by the customers for their hard work and dedication! Thank you Toyota and your staff for going above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I went in to look for a truck for him. We ended up with his truck and a new Camry for me.

The deal almost fell apart when dealing with R in finance. I went back the next day to get pick up the check and was introduced to Ricky D, the General Manager. He took the time to talk with me about the situation that happened. He made it a bad situation better. Turned what could have been a bad review into an exceptional review. Honest, Trustworthy, and Exceptional Service!
I recently purchased a 2020 4Runner with 90,000 miles on it and brought it into the service department for a transmission service. Shortly after dropping it off, I was contacted by John. He informed me that my vehicle’s transmission had actually just been serviced at 80,000 miles, meaning it did not need to be done again so soon.
John apologized for not catching it before I dropped it off and provided me with a complete list of all the prior service history for my vehicle. I was absolutely blown away by their honesty. They easily could have performed the service anyway and charged me for it, but they chose integrity instead.
A huge thank you to John and the team at Ira Toyota! You have earned a customer for life, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service department they can truly trust.
