My experience at Barnes was great they fixed my 08 f150 when other shops could not! Easy to work with, listened and got the job done! I recommend Barnes 1000% they earned all my future automotive business. If you have a f150 don't play games with other shops take it to Barnes!

First time at Barnes auto Serbia repaired my son’s Subaru A/C and also repaired his bearings in the rear.axle. Wonderful guys to deal with. Will definitely be taking me other cars there!

What a great experience! I walked in with a nail in my tire and they got it fixed for me extremely quickly! Donny was informative, set expectations, exceeded them, and the best part - I didn’t get infantilized or mansplained to just for being a woman!!! I have never visited this business before and it was a pleasant environment - I was even offered coffee. I will be happy to refer Barnes Auto to anyone who asks!

Came to Barnes as they were recommended as an alternative to the Subaru dealerships in Louisville for specialist service on Subarus. I wanted a bunch of diagnostic work and then some specific repairs to my Subaru Outback with 200,000 miles, they did a fantastic job of delivering the diagnostic report and transparent quoted pricing. I do a lot of work on my vehicles for fun and to save money, but also know when I need a workshop’s help.
Service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to the fact that I do as much work myself as possible…very nice having a mechanic that supports vehicle enthusiasts and communicates in a respectful manner.
I’ll be coming here from now on for major repairs or jobs that are better suited to a workshop.
Might add that the diagnostic work was paid, as they spent time inspecting things thoroughly. Very happy for paid diagnostic and quoting when it’s delivered to the level they did.
Overall fantastic experience and recommend Barns Auto Service based on my experience!
