Tom and the guys at the Rapid city store were great helping me get a generator so I could operate my mobile coffee truck when one of mine was down. They had one available the same day I called and had it ready when I got there. They helped get it hooked up and on my way. Drop off was easy. Thanks guys for getting me running again.

I was having a few problems with my Cimline Crack Fill machine and I got into contact with Javier and he provided excellent assistance in helping to get me back to the job site, I would highly recommend him for service on any machine.

I was able to rent a skid steer with attachments from this company and used it over the weekend, the equipment was newer and in good shape. The customer service from the sales rep was good although he did not tell me equipment needed to be returned at a certain time to avoid being charged another day. Tom the manager fixed the issue and refunded me the money right away and told me to keep that in mind next time. Overall it has been a great experience working with Hunter and Tom I appreciate the help!

Beirschbach customer service at the Rapid City Store is second to none. It is hard to find great customer service anymore and all the guys went above and beyond. We had a malfunction on Sunday when they were closed and they called us back and we ended up fixing the problem.
