Bish's RV of Bozeman

I cannot recommend Bish's RV in Bozeman enough! From the very beginning, Tamara and the entire team went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy and stress free as possible.

I bought my camper without seeing it in person first, which was a little nerve wracking. Tamara was completely honest and upfront about everything, including the small issues it had. I never felt like anything was being hidden from me, and that honesty gave me so much confidence in my purchase.

I was also worried about getting approved because my credit isn't the best, but Tamara got right to work and had everything moving quickly. This is also after i had issues with other RV dealerships to take me on. Within just a couple of days, I had my approval, and she kept me updated every step of the way.

On top of that, they were incredibly accommodating when my pickup had to be last minute. They worked around my schedule without ever making me feel like I was inconveniencing anyone. Tamara already had a reason to come to Butte, but she still went out of her way to meet up with my husband and make sure he got all of the paperwork signed since he wasn't able to get off work in time. That extra effort meant so much to us and made the entire process so much easier.

I'm so grateful for how Tamara and the entire Bish's RV team handled all of my hassles and made what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one. I want to share that my service experience at Bish’s RV in Bozeman was truly outstanding. While on an extended trip, my RV’s bedroom slide suddenly failed to retract, creating a major problem. Niki and RJ jumped into action and had it repaired the very next morning, getting me safely back on the road so I could complete my journey and keep the important commitments I had scheduled six months earlier.
I cannot recommend Bish’s highly enough. Their team went above and beyond by fitting me into an already busy schedule and keeping me fully informed throughout every step of the repair. My wife and I purchased our first couples camper/RV a week ago and we were very happy and impressed with Bish’s and the whole team and the whole process. Kamden, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She never pressured us in any way and was honest and open about everything. She was also very professional. Brady and the finance and RV walk through gentlemen were also very professional, helpful, and patient with us. It was a very enjoyable experience and not at all like dealing with a car dealership and pressure sales and finance. It was a breath of fresh air and we highly recommend Bish’s of Bozeman to anyone who’s looking to buy a RV. We will certainly be back when we are in the market again to get another RV! First of all from the lady on the phone she was very polite and wonderful personality. I was driving from Phoenix, Arizona through northern states and back to Tennessee. I was driving a Mercedes Airstream interstate 24 and in the middle of the night I could hear water leak leaking out on the ground, When I woke up the next morning, realized I had a problem, possibly a frozen plumbing fitting. I called What I thought was a local RV it turns out it was a subsidiary of Bush. They were able to work me in for an emergency type situation where I was traveling. Once getting there, I was met at the door by a very polite mark Hedvin And informed him that I was there to talk to Niki Roth Both were extremely polite and very nice. They quickly took my RV in and looked it over finding that I did not actually have an issue. It was an Airstream sensor that opened the water valves at certain temperatures. A mechanic Grant Nehman You can tell is an old-school diesel truck mechanic and takes his work very seriously once verifying several times that there was no issue before putting me back on the road. He gave my RV a clean bill of health. I I can’t express enough, how wonderful and welcoming Grant, Mark and Niki Were and how thankful I am to have met them keep up the great work. I look forward to seeing you on future trips and I will definitely stop by. Thank you again for my wife and I and making our trip great.
