Fabulous service department with great customer service with timely delivery of quality repairs! Couldn’t have asked for more! My service was assisted by Amanda who wrote up the work order and Chris was the tech assigned to the work! Both were exceptional, friendly and helpful! Amazing service as I was passing through Great Falls and they were able to accommodate me with my travel schedule! Thank you Bish’s of Great Falls, Amanda and Chris!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Lane and Tracey at Bish’s RV for going above and beyond with their customer service!
I brought in a backup camera that I had purchased from a third party to have it installed, and from the beginning, Lane and Tracey made me feel like my business and my concerns were a priority. The installation ended up requiring numerous attempts at troubleshooting, and instead of giving up or simply sending me on my way, they stayed with it until they figured out that the issue was actually with my truck.
Even after discovering the problem wasn’t with the camera or their installation, they continued to assist me and make sure everything was working properly. I left with my backup camera working perfectly!
That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to taking care of a customer is hard to find. Lane and Tracey are a great representation of what exceptional customer service should look like. I truly appreciate everything they did and would absolutely recommend Bish’s RV because of employees like them!
We purchased our fifth wheel from Bishs RV in Great Falls. Recently we had to make an appointment for recall work. We dropped off the unit on June 15th and were told they had the parts they needed and it would be done in a couple days. We called back in a couple days and were told they didn't have the parts they needed after all. Apparently they didn't look at what they got before they assured us they had what they needed. We kept in touch every few days and every time we called we got a different excuse about what was (or wasn't) happening, including that the tech had gotten into an accident so they had no time frame for completion. Then being told the next time he hadn't been in an accident at all. Finally we called Grand Design on July 9th to see if they could intervene to move thing along. 15 minutes after hanging up with them we got a call from Bishs saying our unit was done on July 6th, 3 days earlier. They didn't bother to give us a call in those 3 days to let us know. So unprofessional!
In reading other review here it looks like our experience is quite typical, kind of their "MO".
Thanks again to RV FIX for saving the day. Tony was my tech and did a great job walking me through the diagnosis (using lots of pictures and video feeds) along the way. 1,000 miles into a 10,000 mile, 3 month RV trip to the Nova Scotia and back to AZ, my main living area AC goes out which would have made for a really uncomfortable summer RV trip, or a really expensive RV repair bill. So, I called RV fix to see if it was something that I could fix myself. The initial diagnosis by two different technicians was that it was a bad module assy in my AC unit. We were in the process of spending $200 to get the module drop shipped to our camp location in TN when it was noticed that there was a blue/ground wire just hanging the in the AC unit looking for a home. Tony worked his way through the AC wiring diagrams to figure out where it should go. Bottom line, he found it's home, we plugged it in, turned it on and voila..... cold air. Thanks again to Tony and RV Fix for saving the day and me alot of money and more importantly time lost on our trip. My wife and i do alot of RV travels around the US and i'm not sure if I'll ever want to go without RV FIX by our side.

Buying an RV from Bish was unkowingly a very poor decision. We bought a new RV in March of last year and right away the slide out was damaging the floor. Took it to service and it took the entire summer to fix it because even though it is BRAND NEW they had to get warranty approval. I have never in my life heard of selling a product to someone that was broke and then deciding if you were going to fix it. THEN after they said they fixed it, the same problem is still occurring and the floor is getting damaged all over again. I questioned it after the repair because it looked like the slide was still catching the floor, but service said the work order says they fixed it. This was the end of the season, so I put it in storage. Took it out of storage a few weeks ago and sure enough the floor is getting damaged. Took it to Bish RV and told them it isn't fixed. They said they would look at it and TRY to get warranty to fix it. WHAT? You are going to try and get warranty to PAY for AGAIN to fix what you didn't fix? I left it there for two weeks and they hadn't even looked at it. They said they had been too busy with sales orders and end of month inventory.
Here is the bottom line. Once you buy and RV from them you are no longer a priority and just a second or third thought. Service is only focus is new sales orders and customers paying cash. Just because they sold you a new RV that is broke, it is completely on you to fight to get it fixed. You are completely helpless and at their mercy as to when or IF you they are going to fix it.
I have seen other reviews with the same issue, so do yourself a favor and use your hard earned money somewhere else. This isn't an angry message. It is just the hard truth and I hope you don't make the same mistake we did buying from Bish RV in Great Falls. They will sell you the dream and then walk away and forget about you 3 days later. It's unbelievable.
