Burlington Subaru

I had an awful experience coming here to test drive cars. The salesman I worked with rushed me through the whole process. He seemed to be in a rush to get back to the dealership during the test drive, telling me to pass other vehicles and getting obviously impatient. It was my first time buying a new car, and instead of feeling comfortable asking questions, he was incredibly condescending and made me feel uncomfortable through the whole process.

When I tried to follow up with the salesman I worked with, he didn’t respond to my email. Overall, I felt that he was uninterested in taking the time to ensure I got the car I wanted (or any car) or that I was comfortable to ask questions during the process.

I reached out to a different saleswoman, and though I did not end up working with her, I’m sure I would have had an entirely different experience.

For obvious reasons, I chose to look at cars at other dealerships. I ended up driving down to Rutland to work with Oliver Subaru. It was well worth the 90 minutes from Burlington. Their cars were much more reasonably priced and the salesman I worked with was incredibly patient and kind and made every effort to answer my questions.

I would not recommend Burlington Subaru, especially for young women or people who know they are going to have questions during the process.

During our vacation trip we had to change oil in my subaru forester when technician discover major oil leak around the engine.
The car was not safe to drive . In that the same moment, Subaru in Burlington step in and offer me loaner car and promise fix my oil leak less than 24 hours . So I was very happy having the car , doing my thing, knowing my car is in good hands .
And like they promise after talking with Nick my car was ready next morning
I wanna give you a big shoutout for Subaru in Burlington and all technicians and stuff people help make me out . Thank you very much .

I have never really been a big fan of car dealerships. I just haven’t and I’m not going into why. I can happily say, that my experience with the Burlington Subaru has only caused me great delight🤩🥳🥰 Driving in through the service bay, I was greeted by the beautiful Jasmine, who clearly took pleasure in doing her job with a smile on her face😊 The welcoming committee at the service desk, Micayla, Ashley and Brandin, is unparalleled❣️🥰 They were great listeners and actually had personalities! Yippee 🥳 👏🏻 I drove up from central Florida to help my brother in Grand Isle. I had to stop twice to add air to my southern tires and by the time I got to Burlington the tire light was on again! Along with other notifications I had never seen. These fabulous peeps didn’t shun me for fleeing the state years ago because of the cold. Oh no they didn’t! They got my car right in the back, checked out my wheels to make sure there were no leaks, we giggled a lot and they sent me on my way! NO CHARGE! What??? Yay. I’ve been here long enough to require an oil change before I take the long trek home. Again, SAME THING (well, aside from the bill) They were all fabulous and kind. And I might say funny and delightful. So give everyone a raise, keep up the funtastic work and maybe I’ll see you this summer if someone will come down to Venice, FL and drive me and the Mush back up here❣️💖🥰🥳👏🏻🐕🐕🐕
