Camping World - Katy

I am extremely satisfied with our travel trailer purchase process from start to finish! We walked in on the last day of the month, and the team pulled out all the stops to get us a fantastic deal—nearly $10k below MSRP.

Huge thanks to our sales associate, Roger Paredes, and the sales manager, Paul Darren. They were both incredible to work with. What really stood out was their honesty and integrity: even after we had signed all the paperwork, Paul came back to let us know they had discovered an overpricing error on some add-ons we wanted. He went back and adjusted our final price down by another $1k. You rarely find that level of transparency and customer care these days!

If you are heading in, definitely look for Paul and Roger. And make sure to stop by the front desk to say hi to Mrs. Liles—she's been a wonderful family friend for years and is always a welcoming face! Highly recommend this team!

This place is a great family friendly establishment, from beginning to the end. Roger was our sales person, and he made it painless as can be. Great pricing, friendly staff, great coffee lol. Bryce in accessorie sales is fantastic as well. She's on point for sure. The service guy i apologize I don't remember his name, did the walk around with us and made sure everything was in tip top shape. The Jacob our finance guy was honest and couldn't go on more about a solid team they have. If your looking for an RV, Travel trailer, or whatever you want for your camping needs. Stop by and you won't regret it. Thanks again Camping World🎉🍻❤️

My wife and I went in for a small travel trailer. We had a specific need and also needed to keep the GVW down because we have a 2 door Bronco . As you might imagine this lead to a low priced unit. This is the reason for my 4 star review. Foremost our salesman Clay didn't try to upsell us to something that we didn't need, He was professional and courteous and most importantly he listened. Paul the finance manager was clear and concise and treated us the same as if we were buying a $100,000 dollar unit. I never watched or noticed him not being willing to engage anyone in the store. Having dealt with other places , this was refreshing. All in all if you need an RV give them a try, you might not find what you need but you won't be insulted.
