PK was very informative and assisted Us with any Questions we had and worked close with the Fianance Office to get us to the Payment we wanted.
PK went above with Great Customer Service Skills to assist us.
He never once made us feel Presured into anything.
Also Sam Saragusa the Parts Manager was very helpful.
The Fiance Fellow Brent was nice but acted very offended that we did not Purchase extra Gap Insurance , i explained to him and called my Insurance in front of him so I know what Our Coverages is.

We were very blessed to have had Nick as our salesman. He was friendly, honest and listened to our needs. He showed us a few possibilities but we eventually settled on the first one. He was our ‘go to’ person from start to finish. We could always trust that he would take care of us. We are very happy with our selection of RVs and with our salesman. Thank you, Nick!

Everyone at United RV Center is wonderful to work with. Customer service is alive and well here. Sales, service, and storage representatives are pleasant and knowledgeable. Their entire staff was extremely helpful and honest without sneaking in hidden fees like other dealerships have tried with me. Phil, Trip, Billy, Ryan and Jim were the best for working with me as a first-time RV owner. I was really impressed with how passionate and dedicated they all were to their work.
