We love our new Toyota Sienna! We had to wait a while for its arrival but it was most definitely worth the wait. Doug Smith is the best salesperson we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped us order our Sienna online and continually kept us updated on its progress and estimated arrival date. He showed us how to set up our programming options and went over everything in great detail before we took our Sienna home. Keagan Conner and Doug Smith helped us choosing the accessories for our Sienna and Eric Johnson made it a smooth process for purchasing our Sienna. Thank you all!

A couple weeks ago I visited the Corwin Toyota location after doing some research the night before and had an appointment scheduled with Felix. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Felix and assisted by both him and Daniel. Long story short, they worked with me on my trade-in, the RAV4 I initially was looking at was not currently available, and since I was leasing, they had me look at some new 4Runners. And man am I glad I did.

Felix and Daniel were extremely patient throughout the entire process. I had a ton of questions, and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to break everything down for me, explain all of my options, and make sure I fully understood the numbers, lease details, trade-in process, and everything in between. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers make the right decision instead of just trying to make a sale.

After that, I met with the finance manager, John Walker, who was also fantastic to work with. John was very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered every question I had, walked me through all the paperwork clearly, and made the finance side of things smooth and stress-free.

Overall, this was by far one of the best car-buying/leasing experiences I’ve had. Huge shoutout to Felix, Daniel, and John Walker for taking care of me and making the entire process comfortable, transparent, and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a vehicle at Corwin Toyota, I highly recommend asking for these guys

Big Jim sold me and my wife a new 4runner. He was great through the process, he was knowledgeable about the car and we reached an agreeable price without pushing us for extras that we did not want or need. This was done through email before even visiting the dealership. We then scheduled an appointment and purchased the car for the agreed price.

We did have some issues with the car as it needed a replacement part, so we could not get it the same day we purchased it. It took some time with the service department, and felt that the process could have been smoother and should have been prioritized as it was a brand new car. Still, Big Jim was communicative and followed up as we requested updates, but overall felt that the service department was not great.

After a bit less than two weeks, James Majors, the new car manager, stepped in to speed things up and got us a different vehicle in a reasonable time.

Overall, our experience with the sales team was great and we would recommend Big Jim to others, he even followed up after we had our car in case we had any questions and to see how things were going. The service department left a bit to be desired, and we're likely going to get our vehicle serviced at a different dealership, mostly due to our distance from Corwin but also due to a not so great first service experience.
