We recently bought a new Sequoia from Mountain State Toyota. Matt West did an excellent job helping us finalize our selection and getting us through the purchase process. Trey in the Finance department did great job getting us to the numbers we needed to be at. The process was low pressure and they have zero dealer fees, which I don't believe they hide in the numbers as our truck was competitively priced based on other dealerships. I also utilize the service department for my Tundra and they provide options for additional services, but have never been high pressure or push services that are not needed. I'll continue to use this dealership if they continue to do business this way!

David Cadena was an absolute pleasure to do business with and sell one of my cars. He gave me a more than fair offer and is easily the best salesman I've worked with in my many years buying and selling cars. Give that man a promotion Mountain States. You will not regret it.

This place is such a well oiled machine that somehow is able to keep up with great customer service. The sales model is not intrusive like most dealers. They don't just sit like vultures in the lot waiting for you to get out of the car. They let you browse freely without hassle and if you see someone walking past you it's a simple interaction and when you do need assistance, they jump into action.

He really took the time to explain how my lease agreement works and talked me through all of my options for when the lease is up. I never felt any sort of pressure or deception.
