Dawson Contracting

Dawson Contracting has the ability to turn your dream into reality! Our first meeting with Matt Dawson and in-house designer Amy was arranged by a prompt response. The Dawson Contracting team brought foresight, vision, professionalism, and skill to the field. We are so pleased with the result of this project! This was due to the team’s conviction: to build our addition with the end result just as it should be and far surpassed our expectations! Was a great experience working with the Dawson’s and their kind team of professional contractors.

We had an incredible experience with Matt and team on our basement project! From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. They were meticulous in their work and paid attention to every detail, which really shows in the finished product. We absolutely love how it turned out!

Everyone on the crew was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. Amy, the designer, was especially great to work with on our project, helping us make design decisions that fit our style.

We can’t recommend Dawson Contracting more highly!

We had Dawson Contracting finish the basement on a home we just moved into. It was such a great experience! The work itself is such high quality. All the contractors that came in were friendly, respectful, and always cleaned up after themselves each day. They got the work done fast and their communication throughout the entire process was great. They were always open to my ideas and it was just a very smooth process from start to finish...I would recommend them to anyone!!

Working with Dawson Contracting was an absolute breathe of fresh air! We've had some back luck with contractors in the past, but this time our luck completely turned around! We did a basement remodel/finish, which was our biggest home project to date. We were so surprised how quickly they finished the project, and how clean their team was! By far the cleanest Contracting crew we have ever worked with. The final product looks amazing! A new space that is inviting and cozy! We can't wait to continue using this new space! We would recommend them over and over!

I can’t begin to express how impressed I am with Dawson Contracting. We have worked with several builders in the past, both in Fargo and in the lakes area. By far and away, Matt Dawson and the businesses he contracts with are the absolute BEST! In a matter of minutes after coming to our home to give us an estimate, Matt was energized with creative ideas and possibilities. Not only did we get a beautiful new kitchen and living space, but each of the businesses he works with gave us the best financial package they could. The final bill was quite a bit less than other estimates we received, plus we got much MORE done than we thought we could.
Talk about organized and efficient! We’ve all heard nightmare building and remodeling stories, but that was NEVER the case with Dawson Contracting. Matt always let us know when projects were going to be done, when people were on their way and what time they would be here. Everyone was incredibly prompt, efficient and easy to have around. The entire project, demolishing to entertaining friends and family again, took 4 weeks. We have never experienced that kind of enthusiasm and efficiency with any other projects we have done. The quality and workmanship are AMAZING, second to none.
I would highly recommend Dawson Contracting to anyone considering a new build or a remodel. You simply won’t find a better company!!
