Adding on to my review a second project that DCS just completed for me. Ramone and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof and installing new insulation. Each part was completed in a less than a day with great professionalism and care. They completely cleaned up after the job and we are highly satisfied with the product and service. Great Job!!

I recently hired Delaware Construction Services. They remodeled my father’s small kitchen with exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship. The team maximized the available space, delivered a modern and functional design, and completed the project on schedule. Communication was clear throughout. The finished kitchen is both stylish and practical, with high-quality workmanship. Highly recommended for reliable and detail‑oriented remodeling services.

Top tier. I’ve had my basement remodel and bathrooms done by this company and they did phenomenal work. The work was done in the expected timeframe and the team was very professional and truly cared about the quality of work they were doing. Everyone I dealt with, start to finish, were professional and answered any and all questions I had. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Delaware Construction Services is top rate! They were excellent to work with from start to finish and we couldn’t be more pleased with our sunroom floor remodel. They also reinforced our deck below and fixed the ceiling in our garage. Sophia and all the team were quick to communicate and always on time. They will be our “go to” for future projects!
