Diversified Construction

We had an incredible experience working with Diversified Construction on a four-car garage with a rooftop deck for our condo building. Before finding them, we had been through a long and stressful process with other construction companies that left us with unclear answers, delays, or unfinished plans. From the moment we started working with Diversified, everything changed.

Even though our project was probably smaller than many of the jobs they take on, they treated us like an important customer from start to finish. JR was truly fantastic as our main point of contact and helped guide the project throughout the entire process. Jason and Erik were also wonderful on the ground day-to-day, keeping things moving and helping manage all the details.

We were consistently impressed by the quality of the subcontractors they brought in, the communication, and the care they put into the work. Most importantly, they took what had become a really stressful situation and made us feel like we could finally trust that the project was in good hands.

The finished garage and deck turned out beautifully, and the overall experience of working with JR and his team was one of the best customer experiences I’ve had anywhere — not just in construction. Diversified is a special company, and I’d recommend them wholeheartedly.

Working with Diversified Construction on our new restaurant was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Their wealth of knowledge and industry experience was evident in every phase of the project, and they consistently made what could have been a stressful process feel organized, manageable, and exciting. One thing that truly set them apart was their ability to explain complex construction details in a way that was easy to understand. No matter the situation, they always took the time to walk us through the process clearly and honestly, which gave us tremendous confidence throughout the build. Their attention to detail was second to none, and it was clear they genuinely cared about delivering a high-quality final product—not just completing another project. They were also incredibly mindful of our budget every step of the way. In an industry where costs can quickly spiral, Diversified Construction showed a strong commitment to staying within budget while still maintaining exceptional quality. Most importantly, working with them never felt transactional. They treated us like partners, not customers. Their team clearly prioritized doing the job the right way—efficiently, professionally, and with integrity—rather than simply focusing on the bottom line. Their entire team was exceptional, but special recognition goes to John and Erik for their leadership, professionalism, and dedication throughout the entire project. We are incredibly grateful for everything Diversified Construction did to help bring our vision to life, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, experienced, and highly skilled construction partner.

We feel so lucky to have found Diversified. The time, thought, effort, and care they put into our project was unmatched. They were great at staying on budget and finished our project in record time. We were beyond impressed with the professionalism, dedication and communication we received from the owner, project managers, and subs. A special shout out to James, Dylan and Jason. I would recommend this group to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, seamless building experience.
