EXPERT General Contractors Tampa Bay

We hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay to renovate our primary bathroom, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. They removed the outdated shower and vanity, installed a spacious walk-in shower with modern tile, replaced the flooring, upgraded the lighting and ventilation, and finished everything with new trim and fresh paint. The crew kept the work area clean, communicated with us throughout the project, and made sure every detail was completed properly before wrapping up. The finished bathroom feels brighter, more functional, and looks like something you'd find in a brand-new home.

We hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay to add a new bedroom and bathroom above our attached garage. They helped us plan the layout, handled the structural work, and made sure the addition connected naturally with the existing second floor. The crew completed the framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall, flooring, and finish work while keeping us informed about inspections and each stage of construction. They also matched the windows, exterior materials, trim, and paint closely enough that the new section does not look like an afterthought. The project stayed organized, any unexpected issues were explained before additional work was done, and the final walkthrough was handled carefully. The new space feels solid, comfortable, and completely integrated with the rest of our home.

Our old flooring had started lifting in several areas and felt uneven near the kitchen, so we hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay to replace it throughout the main level. After removing the existing material, they found sections of the subfloor that needed repair and showed us the damage before doing anything extra. They leveled the problem areas, installed the new flooring, and handled the transitions between rooms carefully so nothing looked patched together. The team kept the walkways as clear as possible and cleaned up at the end of each day. The floors now feel solid, look consistent from room to room, and have made the entire downstairs feel more modern.

We hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay to build an addition onto the back of our home that included a larger family room, a guest bedroom, and a full bathroom. From the beginning, they helped us think through the layout so the new space would actually improve the flow of the house instead of feeling like a separate structure that had been attached later. They explained the permitting process, foundation work, framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, and finishing schedule clearly, and they gave us realistic expectations about how long each stage would take. Once construction began, the crew showed up consistently, kept materials organized, and did a good job protecting the yard and the parts of the house we were still using. The new foundation and framing were completed carefully, and they paid close attention to matching the roofline, exterior finish, window style, flooring, trim, and interior details with the existing home. Communication stayed clear throughout the project, especially when weather or inspections affected the schedule, and we never felt like we were being left without an explanation. A few unexpected issues came up where the addition connected to the older part of the house, but they showed us what they found, explained the options, and gave us the cost before moving forward. They also made several practical suggestions that gave us more natural light, better storage, and a wider opening between the original living room and the new family room. The bathroom tile, built-in shelving, lighting placement, doors, flooring transitions, drywall, paint, and exterior finish all came out clean, and the attention to detail made a major difference in how finished the addition feels. Toward the end of the project, they completed a careful walkthrough, corrected a few small items without any argument, and made sure the property was cleaned up properly. The new space feels like it has always been part of the house, gives us much more room for family and guests, and has completely changed how we use the home. We are very happy with the workmanship and would confidently recommend them for a large addition or major renovation.

We hired Expert General Contractors Tampa Bay for structural work after deciding to remove a wall between the kitchen and living room. They inspected the area, explained what support would be needed, and handled the framing, beam installation, drywall, electrical changes, and finishing work as one organized project. The crew was reliable and kept the temporary supports and work area secure throughout the job, which gave us confidence that everything was being done properly. They also corrected some older framing that was uneven and reinforced a section around the ceiling before closing the walls. Communication stayed clear, the inspections went smoothly, and the final drywall and trim work blended naturally with the rest of the house. The new open layout completely changed how the main floor feels, and the structural work looks solid and carefully finished.
