Not helpful.
Went in asking for toe kick under cabinets. They sent me to the door shop on the same property. Door shop sent me to the “cabinet shop.” She said to park at the main building and walk back to a building on the same property. I followed the instructions and found myself in a maze of raw materials with forklifts driving everywhere. There were no buildings in the area she indicated on their map that were marked or looked customer facing.

I finally asked a woman actually assembling cabinets in a warehouse and she took me into an office to get directions to the design center on executive. She walked me back out to my car because I was not wearing “high vis” clothing.

I drove around to the design center and was told in a very dismissive way that I needed to go back to the cabinet shop. WT*. No instructions on how to actually connect with a customer facing contact. She obviously did not want to offer any assistance just wanted me out of her hair. Waste of an hour.

My contractor and I had been contemplating building a composite deck under our new patio cover. We'd been to the big box stores and they didn't have the board lengths we needed, nor did they have colors choice, but only two. We swung by Franklin Building to 'look', then actually ended up buying just what we needed. The guy helping us 'Drew' was super knowledgeable and helpful. There were so many options, brands, and colors, we couldn't have done it without his help. The materials arrived from the local Trex supplier withina couple of days, so that was very helpful with our deadline. We love the product and made the right choice going to Franklin - thanks Drew!
