I'm trying to get an internal door replaced. I scheduled them to install. They sent a guy to do the measurements within a few days, but after that I haven't heard anything. It's been over a month. Can't get a person on the line. I went down there in person and nobody knows anything. It's like they measured quickly to just to keep me committed. If you want a new door, go to Lowes.

The biggest reason not to go to home Depot for fasteners or hardware is this.
Their prices are just absolutely insane, a common M6 metric nut in a four pack, $4, that's a dollar per nut. Anywhere else these are like six cents a piece.
Metric bolts $4 for a two pack. None of their stuff is marked so you don't know how high it is until you get to the register.
When I ultimately went somewhere else the slovenly attendant up front barked at me good luck with that like it's impossible to find these anywhere else. Is this what home Depot customer service has come to being screamed at on the way out the door because I don't want to purchase their out of control price Chinese hardware I guess so.

Home Depot Meridian has our business for life! Our central air went out last night, temps in the 100s, and our house is 90° & the soonest an HVAC can come out is next week. The website said there were 9 swamp coolers within our budget and they couldn't locate any of them.....thank you Kevin for honoring our budget and offering another unit (that was MUCH more expensive) at the price of the unit we came in for. We are so grateful for your kindness! God bless!!

Great store, great service, great experience. I made the mistake of going to Lowe's 1st due to convenience.
That was a mistake.
Lowe's did not offer what absolutely needed but Home Depot, my old friend, certainly did.
So happy for the great fill rate, happy employees and product mix at my favorite home improvement store. Period.

We had a great experience buying our fridge here! We were able to go in a few times and look around ourselves, no pushy/annoying salespeople. Once we were ready and had found the fridge we wanted, the staff was super nice and gave us a good deal (there were some technological issues). Installation afterward also went well and the installers didn’t damage our house at all.
