Gardner Contracting, LLC

I highly recommend Gardner Contracting! We contacted them after a big rainstorm caused water to enter our garage. Cody came out the very next day and spent plenty of time thoroughly diagnosing the issue and explaining exactly what was happening and what needed to be done.

He promptly provided us with a quote, and once we agreed to the work, the repair was completed within just a couple of days. The entire process was easy and professional from start to finish, and communication was always prompt and straightforward.

I was especially impressed with how clean they left everything. There was no mess, debris, or nails left behind like we’ve experienced with other roofing companies in the past.

If you have any roofing work that needs to be done, call Gardner Contracting first! Great service, great communication, and quality work. Highly recommended!

We recently had our roof replaced and overall had a very positive experience with Gardner Contracting. The roofing team was professional, respectful, and attentive throughout the project, always keeping us informed and answering our questions. The bathroom tile had to be cut so the skylights would fit, and the tile was restored perfectly. The crew worked carefully and cleaned up thoroughly every day, leaving our property neat and organized. When an issue came up during the project, they handled it responsibly and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction, which we really appreciate. We’re very happy with the final result and would highly recommend this company for any roofing project.

I was working through my insurance to repair the roof hail damage and Scott was very experienced in that whole process! Certain aspects of the house made accessing materials much harder than usual and Scott addressed the issue readily. I appreciate his efforts. He and Gardner Contracting are knowledgeable and timely, chose excellent materials and the resulting job, including gutters, etc., was handled in a very professional manner.
I’ve used this company before and will do so again in the future.
