We had a great experience with Noah and Dean! The process was simple and they handled almost everything with our insurance company, which was such a perk. Thank you for the quick turn around and ensuring that we were on the same page throughout the process.

We had a wonderful experience with Brittany and Noah! They replaced our old roof and did some extra construction work on our home. The team arrived on time every day, worked very hard, and cleaned up everything before they left. The project finished right on schedule and the price was fair. Our house looks amazing, and we feel safe and dry. We are very happy and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or construction work!

From start to finish, my experience with Pioneer Construction LLC was outstanding. They handled both my roof replacement and a small construction project on my porch, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual, professional, and kept the worksite clean every day. I worked with Brittany and Noah, their communication was clear and consistent — I always knew what stage the project was in and what to expect next. They even went above and beyond to help me choose materials that fit my budget without compromising on durability or style. I feel confident knowing my home is in great shape, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pioneer Construction LLC to anyone needing reliable roofing or construction work.

Noah claimed that Pioneer was the best roofing company, and they absolutely are the best roofing company in Colorado Springs. I can’t stress enough how satisfied I am with the working crews and management. From documenting the ALL of the damage to my home and keeping my insurance company accountable to getting everything that was damaged on my property back to pre-existing condition way quicker than I expected. I am very impressed with my new upgraded class 4 impact resistant Malarkey shingles. I feel protected and no longer fear, since I found Pioneer!

After our insurance denied our hail damage claim and another contractor ghosted us mid-process, we were ready to give up. Noah stepped in, handled the paperwork and insurance company, and got everything sorted. The new roof is excellent quality — high enough rated that it actually earned us a meaningful discount on our home insurance. Professional, honest, and Noah delivered when no one else would. Highly recommend.
