Todays service environment is nothing short of problematic across the industry. From top to bottom Hoober New Windsor is an exception. Its refreshing to have an Ag service company that understands the struggles of parts availability, and the importance of customer service. They might not be perfect, but I can promise that the managers, sales staff and mechanics really do try their hardest to keep you running. I'm really appreciative of their efforts!

Can’t beat the service at New Windsor hoobers I bleed green but bought a red combine and love it but we had a major break down this week and they have been right there all the way probably gonna start buying red tractor’s against my will but service is great I can’t say enough about them! 👍 they have been great to work with

Called to get a price on a crop care sprayer. The lady said both of their sale people were in a meeting she would have them call me. After a week of not hearing I called again and was told the salespeople were with customers and again left a message. 3 weeks later still no call back. May be good people? Never got the chance to find out.

I called New Windsor Hoober this morning because I badly needed to get my 50-year-old IH to start ASAP. Brian Gott took the time to hunt down the reman starting motor I might be needing and to find a quick way to get it to me. Big relief. I really appreciate his friendly, efficient service.
