I had a 2016 Volkswagen Golf that repeatedly had to be worked on. Heather in the office is the BEST and usually worked to get me in really quickly. They are not the cheapest shop but I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me and recommend repairs that I didn’t need. Felt like a honest shop and I think repair times were reasonable. The Volkswagen has since been totaled so I won’t need to go anymore. They were def cheaper and better service than the dealership! I would def recommend this place!

I was referred here by my coworker and I was beyond blown away in the best way possible. They serviced my ‘13 VW Passat for an ignition switch housing and managed to get me in so very quickly. I was coming back to a job locally in the area and they alleviated my stress with not having my vehicle. I am beyond grateful for all of the folks here and they were straight to the point with pricing and repairs. So much better than dealing with a dealership. 1000/10 would recommend coming here with your vehicle, I know I will be back to have more work done to my car!

I cannot stress enough how amazing this shop is.

I brought my Jetta in for AC diagnosis and repair, I was quoted $350, that I happily paid for. AC went out 24 hours later. Took my car back and was told that there was a leak that they missed and it would be an additional $950 to repair. This $950 included an “AC service” that was also on my bill from the day before. I was not offered a credit off of my new bill, which in all honesty would have kept me happy and I would have proceeded with the repairs. I still have no AC and out $350. I’ve always loved this place, but I guess things change.
