J. Lane Construction

We were extremely pleased with J. Lane Construction in the build out of our restaurant. Their initial fee quote was reasonable and their proposed timeline for completion of the job was very reasonable. Their overall communication of job status was very good and was aided by their use of the Builder Trend software. As often happens in any build out, there were unexpected circumstances that were were encountered. J. Lane provided very timely communication of these issues, the timeline to resolve and the costs for any change order that might be required to address the issue. We really appreciated Mark Pullen and his attention to our job. In addition we thought Josh Soule was an outstanding job site coordinator and would want these guys on any future sites we develop.

J Lane Construction did an outstanding job building my orthodontic office. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Clay, Mark, and Josh were especially great to work with — always open, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. Their communication was top-notch, and they truly cared about getting everything right. I highly recommend J Lane Construction to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled team to bring their vision to life.

Working with J Lane was a wonderful experience. They communicated with me every step of the way, worked very well with my designer and worked diligently to keep my budget in line. This building is a high end finished art gallery and design space. It had to be very well done. I am pleased with the work J Lane did, how they responded to my concerns during the build and how they were able to navigate any issues, especially with the city! I would definitely use them again if I had to do it all over.

I bought Jesse Lane's construction estimating and proposal templates and had a few questions about them, and he responded to my emails quickly. Within hours actually. In todays world it seems everything takes days or weeks to resolve, so I was very pleased with how quickly Jesse got back to me to help me out. I have no doubt Jesse treats every aspect of his business with the same same integrity no matter how big or small the concern is. He gets a deserved 5 star rating from me
