I had recently bought a lawnmower but could not understand why it would not stay started. Went to Land Ann Coates explained what was happening. Had to send them the lawnmower and battery problem fixed in last then a hour. Mowed my backyard with no problems at all. Definitely always customer.

Should be called Land and COST.. Don’t go here unless you’re in absolute desperation. They most likely will not have parts in stock for the equipment they sell you. Not to mention the parts are extremely marked up. Find your model number and order your parts online from an another reputable dealer. If I relied on this company to keep my equipment running, I’d probably be out of business or out of money. Beware!
