DO NOT purchase anything from this store!!! We had an $800 purchase shipped here and they gave it to the wrong person! No order updates were provided just an email saying it was picked up! They dodged our calls for a week trying to ignore us. They had no proof of who picked up our item, and refused to provide any documentation at all. They refused to speak with us and promised to return calls with absolutely no communication. The manager is coward and refuses to speak with the customers or accept accountability for their employees and the assistant manager is useless she will keep you on hold scream at you then hang up on you. Needless to say this store is run by incompetent careless employees. Since they are not able to effectively do their job in any capacity we will reach out the corporate office to resolve our concerns.

Tim, one of the workers at the VA Beach location is the man! We found one boot we loved for our daughter for Christmas and it was the last in it's size but we couldn't find it's pair. I asked him for help and he literally RAN to help me find it and when he couldn't the first time, we told him thanks for the help and finished our lap of the store, he came running back to us to tell us he had found the other boot. He could've just wrote us off and went back to what he was doing when I asked for help, but he kept looking for us. Genuine care from that man.
