I ordered a replacement window that was under warranty. I called and checked on the window every six months with no responses. Now that the window is out of warranty they want me to pay for the window. I have all the proof and they refuse to do what was promised. Good luck getting anyone to call you or email you back! I will never do business with this terrible company again. The sales people, manager, and regional manager are horrible!

I have been purchasing doors and windows from Lansing for quite a few years. Lansing always provides my company great customer service which is extremely important to be able to provide the same customer service to my clients. Kendra is extremely knowledgeable and always keeps us on the right product path.

The front office staff is not helpful at all.
They paid more attention to their phones than helping us find something. One of the ladies proceeded to tell me the item I was looking was discontinued but later I found it at homedepot…. If you are looking for a friendly environment this is not the place.
