LDI - Kubota of Omaha

Dave is a good guy who tries hard to get you a great deal. I actually have purchased 4 new Kubota tractors and a new big zero turn mower from Dave at Kubota of Omaha.
3/30/2019: I just drove 275 miles to do business with Dave and am so pleased with my new Kubota snow blower and especially my new front blade. The quick hitch and everything works so great, better than expected. Thanks Dave.....
I just heard of Dave's passing and am so sorry for his family and coworkers. Dave will certainly be missed, thanks for all the good deals and the great laughs, you were an honorable man.

I called to get a quote from these "folks" and after 4 emails the "new guy"
Chris Hiller offered me $2000 for my Kubota ZG227 with 300 hours on a trade for a 2 year old new mower! After buying as much as I have there I expected more, sometimes you just have to move on and that's what I'm doing, moving away from ever calling them again. That's too insulting to be okay with.... Sorry I made you go through all the hard work of a quote. Hope that guy isn't on commission, he's going to starve!

Have only visited this store twice and only parts department. I would say the same person I dealt with both times I was there needs to be taken away from any kind of customer interactions. Both times I talked with this man were irritating interactions. If you ask a question weather to disagree or to clarify something because you do not fully understand his whole demeanor changes and I'm talking first question period regardless of what it is or what it is about he starts to get angry. His tone changes, his posture becomes aggressive and he starts adding it's not my fault or something similar to every response. In my opinion it's not worth going into the building.

Great group of guys. Dave and Jake were great sales guys and have went above and beyond in the entire process. I had some warranty issues with my machine and Zach and Chris in the service department have also been fantastic to deal with. They all have stood behind the products they sell and I would highly recommend this dealership and the team that works there to anyone looking at a Kubota. Go see Kubota of Omaha, you won't be disappointed.
