Absolutely horrible service! Brought my mower tire in for a flat repair. They suggested a tube. The tube went flat after 30 minutes of mowing. Brought it back in and they told me the metal cords on the inside were exposed and they must have missed it. I paid over $80 for the tube and they refuse to apply that to the cost of a new tire. They admitted it was there mistake and still wouldn't make it right.

TCA is my go to for lawn equipment, maintenance, etc. I have bought a riding mower from them, had them do warranty work when needed and routine maintenance yearly. In the winter their ice melt is the best place I’ve found, unlike the cheap stuff at the box stores.

Technicians and front desk guy here need a hug or something. Elementary level communication skills. Very shady when discussing with Christian what “total price” means. Make sure they understand you mean deposit + labor/parts when discussing “total”. It won’t be specified for you, or fixed when they lead you to thinking otherwise. Christian needs to smile once or twice too man. That and to follow his first name and find some Jesus in his life! Accountability for your own mistakes is important. Unfortunately there is none in this business. God be with anyone in TCA and/or you who do business with them… We all need Him!

I dropped my leaf blower off for repair and was charged $60 Estimate Fee. I was told if the repair was going to be a "lot" more they would call. The $60 would be applied toward the cost of repair. When I picked up the leaf blower the total repair was $150. No phone call other than to let me know it was ready. I would say 2.5 times the $60 would definitely be a "lot" more! No parts were needed so the fee was labor and shop fee. I would not recommend them for service but if you do go there define your limit. Very disappointed!

TCA worked on my nearly brand new demo saw. They had it for over twice as long as they quoted. A month later (only the second time running it since they worked on it) it completely seized up. When I brought it back to them, they took it apart and told me it wasn’t their fault, and if I wanted them to put it back together I would have to pay. They sent me home with a box full of parts.
