John and his crew completed a full basement remodel for me after some water damage. Not only was the work they competed very satisfactory, but John made a stressful process much easier. He is willing to work with you and provide the best pricing he can offer with quality finished projects.

We needed the construction of a bed/living room and a full bathroom in our basement, all within a tight timeline and budget. After consulting with multiple contractors, we selected Leach due to his assurance regarding the project’s scope, timeline, and cost. Leach managed the entire process, including obtaining permits, and completed the work on time and under budget. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

We purchase a pergala from Costco and needed someone to install it. John the owner of Leach Construction was referred to me by a friend. John sent his employee Jason to do the install. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent worker. The price John gave us to do the install was very reasonable. I have only good things to say about them. I highly recommend Leach Construction and I will be using them again in the future.

Really enjoyed using Leach Construction for our bathroom renovation! John and his crew were helpful and attentive to every detail we wanted. Also they provided good recommendations for design ideas if you are new to renovating. Will definitely use for future projects!

We had a good experience with Leach Construction on construction of a new “L” shaped deck and installation of a new exterior door walking out onto the deck. We can’t wait to get new outdoor furniture this spring and start enjoying the new deck. Only reason not to give 5 stars was the initial crew did not know what they were doing. John stepped in though and brought in a new crew that was a ton better. A lot of work had to be redone by the new crew which made the whole job take longer. The new crew was knowledgeable and polite. To be fair John was trying to give the first crew a chance to grow but the first crew just was not able to. I appreciate John’s transparency with the situation and how he handled removing the first crew and putting a new crew on our project.
