Outstanding Service That Saved Our Medora Trip! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My wife Cassie and I recently brought our 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport to Lincoln Repair in Lincoln, ND, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible experience we had. What started as a stressful situation turned into a perfect example of how a local repair shop should treat its customers.
We discovered we needed work done on our vehicle right before a long-planned trip to Medora, ND. Timing couldn't have been worse, and we were worried we'd have to cancel our getaway. From the moment we walked in, Nathan greeted us warmly and got us checked in smoothly. Carson kept us informed with updates throughout the process, and Crystal went above and beyond on the administrative side to make sure everything worked out in our favor.
But the real heroes of this story are the technicians at Lincoln Repair. While the front office made everything seamless, it was the techs in the back who got their hands dirty, diagnosed the issues accurately, and executed the repairs with skill and precision. Their craftsmanship is what got our Santa Fe Sport back on the road running better than ever. Too often the people turning the wrenches don't get the recognition they deserve — so we want to make sure the technicians at Lincoln Repair know how much we appreciate their hard work and expertise.
The team also provided us with a loaner car so we wouldn't miss a single moment of our Medora vacation. Because of their coordination and commitment to customer satisfaction, Cassie and I were able to enjoy our trip without any interruption or worry. We didn't have to reschedule, rearrange plans, or stress about transportation — we simply dropped off our vehicle and hit the road.
If you're in the Lincoln, ND area and need honest, reliable auto repair, look no further than Lincoln Repair. Crystal, Carson, and Nathan run a top-notch front office, but it's the technicians in the shop who truly saved our vacation and earned our trust for life. Thank you to the entire team for treating us like family!
Reviews
Write oneI have entrusted Lincoln Repair with my 2013 Ford Expedition. They communicate great with updates or costs before performing any work and they are reasonably priced between parts and labor. They exceed expectations with turnaround time and perform most work you would ever need. Great place to keep old rigs running well!
Simply shocked. Online booked for some services. They accepted my long list. One item was all new brakes. They took me home. Worked on it all day. Picked me up, took me back. Work was correct and affordable. The rest of the story: I had this work done for a trip to NY. I needed good brakes. The brakes they installed saved my life. I was in Minneapolis doing 70 miles per hour and a car cut in front of me and locked up the brakes. My collision detection system went off the dash turned red and we stopped on a dime faster than I could even comprehend. So, good job!
The service was good. But the price for the transmission oil change and filter and then they change the serpentine belt them to costs were about $500 on the national average for all the work and they charge eight $850. you can pretty much google anything nowadays, so really nobody gets away with anything.
Was back & forth about leaving this type of review but I can’t get over this situation. My tailgate latch broke and because I never had issues with Lincoln Repair before I turned to them in hopes of fixing it. Well, $850 & 20 minutes later it was “done”. An employee told me they weren’t able to completely fix it due to electrical issues. Told me they have to leave the panel off and if I wanted to open it, I would have to crawl through the back to open it. OVER $800 FOR IT NOT TO BE FIXED! They even offered to “do some testing to see if they can fix it” for $250 more!! 😂 Not even a mile down the road my back latch opened, when I went back and told them to fix it, they offered testing for free but I would need to pay for labor & parts if it was needed. WHAT A JOKE! $200-300 part & took 20 mins to fix, feels like a scam!! I’m so disappointed and angry with this place. Here’s a picture of how I got my car back.
