Worst tractor you can buy. Mine broke after 2 hours. Took it to the dealer and it came back worse. They will not send me a new third function instead want me to pay 1000 dollars even though it's a known issue. If this is a known issue as many have stated online why can you not send the parts? You want us to deal with dealers who have little to no experience working on equipment when the pictures show i figured out it is the buttons and just want my tractor fixed. The owner of the dealer even admitted he just got a new mechanic and he even put the torque marks on wrong. Honor your warranty and send me a new joystick. If this was not a common problem I would understand but you know about it and still install them.

Very poor dealer network, the dealers are fed up with LS and I understand why. No support for customers or dealers. Can't get parts or repairs and believe me, its gonna break, a lot. In 1300 hours its needed two EGR valves, two hand throttles, and now I have to split it in two, to replace a seal and the shuttle synchro. Beware.
Im actually embarrassed i own a ls tractor and got suckered in to buy one. I got a band new 225s(in 2024 )and its been nothing but problems since owning it. Its got a hydraulic leak on the input shaft to the pump/transmission. I took it to a dealer that LS recommended due to mechanical problems with my tractor( loader suddenly dropping, loss of power steering, weak pulling power bucket flop electrical issues and weak pto power)the dealer i purchased my tractor from could not fix the problem so Ls recommend it take it to Fairview farm center . Ive had all the preventive matience done at 50 and 100 hours. My fluid levels were all within range and correct fluids were used. The dealer (Fariview farm center)added Lucas stop leak to my tractor and slapped me with a 500 dollar repair bill for warranty work because LS told them to add the additive to fix the leak. ( the seals can not be replaced)Ive had my 50 hour service, then again at 70 hours(hydraulic issuse), then again at 100 hours then again at 110(hydraulic issues), then again at 150 on my unit because the seals are out and its allowing air into my hydraulic system /foaming the fluid. When this happens I loose my loader, 3 point , steering ,and it gets hot and starts leaking. I was told the only fix is frequent fluid changes and additives. I also have a electrical issue on my dash that wont allow it to start if it gets rained on.I was told LS will not fix the seals because its the 1 part not covered under warranty due to it being a wear item even though you can not replace them. I was quoted over 9k to get it fixed becasue the seals can not be replaced but the whole transmission has to be swapped( I bought the tractor new in 2024 it has 150 hours)I finaced this tractor and dont have the funds to keep throwing money at it. After all I have a family to feed. When I reached out to ls I was told my problems where with the dealer Not them and basically just ghosted me and keep giving me the run around. I tried multiple times calling, emailing , leaving messages but they ignore it. Im left holding the bill on a 20k tractor thats under warranty but is just a pile of scrap metal sitting in the yard because LS will not fix it. Its got documented issues on file the dealer LS sent me to but yet LS refuse to address it. Just like my loader dropping out and not holding pressure the dealer held my tractor until the warranty expired then told me its officially my responsibility on the repair. I have several thousand dollars in repairs on a brand new machine + down time. The last time the dealer had my tractor they put over 20 hours on it while in the shop. The main reason I went with LS over another brand was the warranty and price range. But the warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
Super happy! We bought our LS MT2 42E spring 2024 and reached out to the factory for a snow blower, for the winter 2024 and it arrived in Brigham City, Utah within 3 months. Thank you! LS does listen and care. The Schills!
