Lumber Liquidators

When I moved into my home, I unfortunately purchased luxury vinyl flooring for my whole house from Lumber Liquidators. Because it's so cheaply made and scratches so easily, I keep having to pull up rooms already finished so I can replace scratched and damaged planks. Not to mention, the connectors break so easily, I've had to waste many planks pulled right from the box. It's been exhausting work doing the flooring by myself, but having to repeat rooms over again is devastating. Because of having to waste so much material, I don't even have enough flooring to complete the house and they don't carry that color anymore. I absolutely don't want to purchase more flooring from Lumber Liquidators so I will have to start all over with better quality flooring. Don't waste your money, time, and energy.

Kyden did an awesome job helping me out, I was getting Upset because I thought my "online" order would be ready to pick up today but it was going to be 11 days out, He was able to switch the order around for the same product they had available in store And got me 46 out of the 48 boxes I needed and he even was able to save me some money with a better deal!!

He did a great job keeping his cool and helping me out even when I was getting frustrated (And not being the nicest) great customer service skills!! Thank you Kyden!
