Great people to work with and a job very well done. They came up with an affordable mix of solutions for our 102-year foundation and installed a french drain with impressive speed and tidiness. Then restored all the hardscaping they'd had to dig and made it better than before. It's been raining for three days and our basement is entirely dry.

M Leon Construction helped solve a gutter / drainage problem I've had since purchasing my house, and were able to do all the work in a single day (and do it well). They also came in far below other estimates. Thanks guys!

The company cleaned up my crawlspace, took care of a water issue, and added new linings. They also repaired a hole that allowed some local raccoons in. The team worked hard, professionally, and on time. From what I can see of the photos, they did a great job. Thank you!

Had strong reference to contact them for foundation and drainage work on our 1911 craftsman bungalow.
The initial review of the proposed project was thorough and very informative. Options clear and process they use very transparent.
Scheduling was simple and great communication throughout
Work done as planned and team was exceptional.
Owner did final walk around with me — found one or two small items he wanted his crew to follow up with—and they did all this the next day
Highly recommend their work and company.
