Five stars isn't enough for Jordan and M&M Equipment Sales DE! We have purchased two pieces of machinery from him now, and both experiences were absolutely flawless. I shop around a lot before making a purchase, and Jordan's prices—combined with how clean and fully serviced his equipment is—are always the absolute best deals I can find.

His location is 12 hours away from me, and yet I still find it’s a better deal to buy from him and have the machinery shipped. There is nothing better than having a machine dropped off 100% ready to go to work.

Jordan is the definition of a true professional—respectful, reasonable, incredibly honest, and a man of his word. He is 100% upfront about the condition of every machine. In fact, on an excavator we purchased, there was a minor mix-up on the listing where it listed a 24-inch tooth bucket but actually had an 18-inch one. Most dealers would have just shipped it and said "sorry about the mix-up," but not Jordan. He apologized and immediately gave us $1,000 off the machine to make it right.

If you ask for extra pictures or videos, he sends them incredibly fast, and his communication never leaves you hanging. Furthermore, every single machine automatically comes with an 8-hour runtime warranty at no additional cost. We actually ended up needing to use it for a small cylinder leak on one of our pieces, and he took care of it immediately with zero hassle.

Finding someone this attentive, transparent, and fair in this industry is incredibly rare. At this point, I don’t think I’d buy heavy equipment anywhere else. Look no further than Jordan—we will definitely be back for more!

While searching Marketplace I came across M&M Equipment and was immediately impressed with their listing for a Kubota SVL75. The photos were detailed and thorough and the machine appeared to be in excellent condition. Equally as impressive was the background in the photos. An entire, organized warehouse full of other clean equipment. To me, this speaks directly to an organization’s commitment and professionalism and it is where I would feel comfortable doing business. I live over 8 hours from them, so the bulk of my transaction was done over the phone and through texts. At every point of contact, including late Saturday night and Sunday morning, Jordan responded immediately. We made a deal and at no point did I feel pressured or skeptical of the information I was given. When I went to pick up the machine I was even more impressed with their operation. Jordan was attentive and knew his business thoroughly. We tested the machine, loaded it up and were on the road in no time. In all honesty, I cannot recall ever purchasing a piece of pre-owned equipment (or anything else for that matter) that I felt more comfortable and confident that I had purchased exactly what was represented. Not only that, but I have no worry that should something go wrong with the machine, M&M and their warranty will make it right. I will not hesitate to recommend or purchase from Jordan and M&M in the future. Thank you to the whole team there, great job!
