Dwane was awesome. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely kind. He took the time to answer all my questions and I had a few. In addition, my car was scheduled to be finished on Monday and unfortunately the part had not come in. He immediately called me to apologize and let me know that the part would definitely be in the next day. 10 minutes later he called again to let me know the part came in on another truck and they were in the process of getting it finished for to pick up that afternoon. I appreciated everything that was done. The car is running great! Thank you for being so kind.

I had a great experience buying a car from Keith O! Friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He took the time to make sure the test drive was all we needed it to be and helped thoughtfully explain initial finance options. I had to swing back the next day to drop something off and Keith came right out to the car to help me with a feature I couldn’t sort out. A great sales associate and someone I will absolutely send friends to see.

A side note that Peter in financing was also incredibly kind, informative, and reassuring. I felt truly looked after and I’m so grateful for this team.

Service advisor Sean was great! Dropped off my Tundra Sunday afternoon using the drop-off box. I had no appointment-- I got a call from him following morning and was told it *might* not be able to get serviced that same day, I understood completely, assumed it would take most of the week to fit me in, diagnose, get the parts and install. A couple hours later I get a call saying they were able to get it in! The technician sent a video of a walk-around inspection and confirmed what I thought the issue was and gave me more recommendations AND explained why they were being recommended. They were able to get it all serviced that day (Rear calipers, rotors, pads, replaced an entire hub and changed the oil) in only a few hours. Astonishing time turn-around, I went in to pay and pick up the truck in the afternoon and to my surprise, they even had my truck pulled up to the service door by the time I paid for the repair order. I have worked in the sales department at Toyota dealerships for nearly a decade and this is the most efficient I have ever seen one run. Thanks again Sean, and thanks to the tech that got this done so promptly!
