The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. Jonathon is very knowledgeable and is so patient as he educates you about all of their equipment without coming off as pushy or aggressive; it's evident he's proud of the quality they sell. The Mentor store has several types of small and large machinery, so you can sit in and feel the experience of the machines. They sell everything from sprayers to lawn mowers to large excavators, and have an extensive Stihl collection to choose from. Their prices are competitive and are easy to get to right off of Route 2.

I’ve had a great experience working with Tony Marino at MFG in Mentor, Ohio. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing equipment right now, Tony still took the time to follow up, answer questions, and genuinely help without any pressure.

I own a couple of pieces of kubota equipment, I have one of their bx2360 compact tractors with loader. I'm not sure how I ever did work without this thing. It is a complete game changer for property maintenance! I have an acre of land that has a large lake split between the neighbors and us, and this tractor was a key factor in keeping the edges maintained and reinforcing the sides of the lake. The loader had a ton more power than I could have anticipated for such a small machine! I also purchased a u-25 mini excavator from the Middlefield location (same owner), and that is a game changer as well! Very good competitive pricing. Customer service is very good. Sales people listened to my needs and found me very capable, used machines. I love that I can always count on someone answering my phone calls on parts availability, and if they need to dive deeper, I always get a return phone call.
