Wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased a mini excavator 6 months ago and needless to say it was a lemon. Had a fueling issue right off the bat and wanted to return it. The company didn't respond until 2 months later, outside their return policy. I've been back and forth with them to get parts from the warranty, and they've made me jump through hoops to get a gas tank and carb that didn't fix the problem. Instead, it created more problems with a Chinese knock off carb that can't be tuned, metal in the oil and low compression. The product they sold me is absolute trash and they won't refund or return the machine. Highly DO NOT recommend due to terrible products and equally terrible customer service.

We had an awful experience with our purchase of a “new” three point tiller. We understand our purchase was one of outside equipment and didn’t mind that it was rusty and had been stored outside. However when we got it home the gear box mounted on the top had no oil, a bad gasket, and the gears inside were completely rusted, the bolts were cross threaded, and the drive shaft had no shield. When we called to talk to them about the drive shaft and the cross threading they told us that we shouldn’t have removed the bolts, which would have lead to issues down the line. We told them we wanted to return it (completely within the return limits listed on the website) and they told us that they might not accept it if we had cross threaded the bolts. We were sold a very unsafe piece of equipment. We did end up returning the tiller and were refunded, but were highly unsatisfied with the purchase.

If I could give this business more stars I would. I didn’t actually use this business for their branded products. My boyfriend got a flat tire on the road and this happened to be the first place we saw and pulled into. They were so willing to help change it and take the time out of their day to help random people. Seeing the kindness in these people’s hearts makes me positive that their advertised business has got to be perfect for you. Amazing customer service. recommend highly!!!
