Luke and his team were like no other contractor I have ever worked with. Unbelievable communication- keeping us updated on the progress of our project and moving quickly. Our addition came out perfect. I really can’t say enough good about Luke and his team. Go with these guys for your next home project. Highly recommend

We recently had North Beach renovate a bathroom for us. It was an excellent experience. We felt the price was very fair. The thing that stands out most in my mind was the excellent communication from Luke. I received a text every evening, confirming who would be there the following day and at what time. We never had a down day, so were able to complete the project in 2 weeks, as promised.

Very happy with how our guest bath turned out.
The owner Luke and all the employees and workers he sent by it was noticeable they all had good attitudes and tried hard to do a good job. The pride of each craft was personally felt and some of the hardest working people I've seen in my life were brought in on this project by Luke.
I got a ton of quotes and couldn't find anyone that instilled confidence. Finally, Luke came by and I could tell right away he was going to be both easy to work with and able to make sure things got done correctly. They were not the absolute cheapest but the prices were fair in my opinion and from that I feel you get what you pay for and don't end up with a bunch of nickel and diming later. The contract also had no crazy or weird terms in it which I appreciated.

We could not have chosen a better contractor to do our master bath. Luke was the only one to say yes to our vision and had great ideas of his own. He communicated through the entire process. The guys he used were all professional and did great work. The tile work is AMAZING! Thank you Luke for creating our dream bathroom!

We had a great experience working with Luke and his team on our screened-in porch addition. He truly brought our vision to life and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He handled all the permitting and site plans, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Communication was clear, the workmanship was excellent, and the project was completed quickly and efficiently. The finished porch looks fantastic and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend him if you want quality work done right and on schedule.
