I recently had a busted head gasket. Mike Weibel was my mechanic. He was able to find out exactly why and how my head gasket blew. Kept me fully informed every step of the way. Did a great job and now my car drives better than before! Highly recommend him for any work you need!

A catalytic converter needed to be replaced on my 2009 Chevy Malibu. I contacted Parks Auto and the secretary and Landon made it a smooth process from start to finish. They even accommodated me by taking my payment over the phone and allowing me to pick my car up at a later date than I originally planned to without charging me extra.
They have taken care of my car a few times over the years! I also love that they discuss the warranty info and labor costs upfront. Nothing hidden.
They even recommended another company for an exhaust job to save me money from having to replace the entire exhaust system. I didn't even know I had this issue until Landon informed me. He could have told me to replace it and earn more money, but he told me it wasn't to that point yet. He saved me $1400 by recommending someone else to fix it without him replacing it.
