Very nice courtesy staff...wanted 1500 to get mower started n see what else wrong. Told me to junk it. To it to Mikes Mowers n N Raleigh. 500 n replaced battery n changed oil/sharpen blades/fix flat tires. Mike was also very nice. Bottom line Mike earned my business.

This is my second review of Quality Equipment. This is a great business. Well ran, outstanding inventory, great service department and excellent customer service. I just purchased a John Deere Z930M Zero Turn there and couldn’t be happier. Scott Davis is a highly professional manager and made the purchase quick and easy. We just had our x300 John Deere serviced at Quality Equipment in Knightdale. In the past we bought parts from them. But this time we had a lot of work to do, since our mower is about 16 years old. I spoke with Michelle on the phone and then later on Doug called me to give me the estimate. I also got the winter service, and that gave us a discount on the towing. We really use our mower a lot, since we have a wooded lot, with lots of leaves. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, with great customer service, including the driver who came out to pick it up and drop it off. They got the mower back to us in a very quick time, it's running great. We had a lot that needed to be done, and I thought the price was reasonable. The team at Quality Equipment sure lives up to their name...Quality. Very pleased. Thank you to all at Quality Equipment!

Took my dad to this store to buy a new riding lawn mower. The staff immediately approached us and answered our questions. Staff were knowledgeable and courteous. We order the new equipment and received it ahead of schedule. There were some issues with communication and follow-up on the delivery date, but otherwise a good experience.
