Sometimes things break. While RDO was loading my mower onto my truck after they performed maintenance, something broke. They didn’t wait for me to say anything nor did they point fingers. They unloaded it and said, without hesitation, “We’ll fix it right away and deliver it when we’re done. No charge.” They did just that. Everyone makes mistakes. The good companies don’t look for blame or excuses—they look for solutions. That’s my experience with RDO—every time! I seldom write comments on service unless it’s really bad. In this case I made an exception because their service has always been really, really good!
