We have had amazing experiences from sales to service! The buying process was painless . Very knowledgeable salesman. Easy to joke around and deal with. We had some windows replaced with sliding windows and the service guys were great. Also knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Had an appointment to drop it off Saturday morning. I dropped it off Friday afternoon and they started working on it then! Texted Monday morning it was done. Went to pick it up and they came out with us to help hook up the camper and make sure we were satisfied. We left with a handshake and a reminder if we need anything to let them know! I would definitely recommend Rick's Rv to family, friends and anyone looking for a great deal from a family owned local dealer!

After the experience we’ve had at Rick’s RV, especially dealing with Mike W. in the service department and Anne in parts, we won’t be going anywhere else. We told Mike where we needed to be with the price and he got it done. Due to some issues we had on our trip home from Texas, our camper needed extensive insurance work. Mike got it all done and kept us updated on the progress throughout the entire process. While it was in the shop we had some additional work done and, once again, Mike came through, true to his word. We have been Rick’s RV customers for a while and besides Mike, Anne in parts knows her stuff. I feel she’s more knowledgeable than most. Because of the two of them, we are very satisfied customers!!!

I'm very sad I'm trading for a trailer not serviced by Ricks. Tell the owner to sell Brinkley or move to my new dealer. Rick’s RV will be sorely missed. I need to clarify that I was extremely satisfied with my Jayco J flite trailer. 7000 trouble free miles. No warranty work required. The Brinkley offers more at a considerably higher price. The Jayco was an excellent product at a great price. Talk to Paul in sales. He made our total buying experience enjoyable with excellent after sale service.
