You can get a huge variety of products here. Everything from car batteries, blue jeans, work boots, bird seed, dog & cat food, household items, food pantry items, even live baby chick's. I get the bird seed, as it is the best price. The store is usually well stocked and always clean. Also, free popcorn.

This was my first time here WOW, what an experience!!
1st I couldn't find any help, I ended up asking guests for help as to where things were that I needed, that worked 1/2 the time. I only needed a couple of things but was in the store an hour looking for what I needed ggrrrr..
Finally found my items, got out of the store and got home. Instead of buying the powder Miracle-Gro, I decided to try the liquid. I got the stuff hooked up to the hose & went around the fence, almost to neighbors yard & turned on H2O (remember now I'm disabled) and back into our fenced-in patio. There's water everywhere!
Damn, OMGosh, the bottle is empty, that's why the patio is wet...smh 🥺
The whole bottle leaked all over, it didn't take me that long to get into the patio area. When I picked up the bottle it shattered into pieces, it was like in big and small pieces. I picked everything up and threw it away (of course I was cursing as I was doing it), luckily I have bought an extra set. I hooked up one of the bottles and use that, but that too did not work out very well. 2 bottles down!
But on the 2nd bottle, w/1/4 of it gone, I unhooked it & used my old Miracle- Gro sprayer, poured in the fluid & commenced on to fertilizing my new plants 😁
Will I buy a liquid again? Yes, will I use it with the way it comes? No. I will use my old Miracle-Gro container & save $$, frustration and time. Will I go to Rural King again? Yes, it has so many different items & things. I didn't even get a chance to look around bc I was focused on what I was looking for. I will take a couple hours to go and just look around the store. Then I will not need any employees help bc like there wasn't any employees to ask anyways, unless it's to take your money then there was multiple employees there.

Great place. Quick help. Clean a d freandly. My favorite person was the black cashier working yesterday on momarial day. He was verry kind, and quickly helped me both coming in and checking out. He deserves a raise. Definitely a keeper.

GREAT customer service! We bought a product that was missing parts in the box, but the team went above and beyond to make it right. They carefully checked to make sure every single part, nut, and bolt was included before we left the store. We really appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to helping us.

Everything was okay. There were several employees working but they must of had other tasks besides customer service because out of 7 or 8 not one of them acknowledged me except the male cashier who rang me up and who was very pleasant. They must of had a busy weekend, a lot of the shelves were low on product or empty.
